How do I place an order? TOP

Select the item you want to purchase, enter the quantity amount, click on "add to cart." From there you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.  When you're ready to checkout, select "standard shipping" from the drop down, click on "go to payments," then enter billing information click on "continue", verify total which now includes tax and shipping charges, and click on "continue" and you will be redirected to PayPal where you can make your payment.

 

Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay for my order? TOP

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment for your order.

 

How long does it take to receive my order? TOP

Although we try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible, we do ask that you allow 10-14 days to receive your order.

 

What mailing service do you use to ship my products? TOP

We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping, but we reserve the right to use any other method of shipment.

 

How much does shipping cost? TOP

Our standard shipping is as follows:

$0.01 - $10.00 = $5.99

$10.01 - $50.00 = $7.99

$50.01 - $90.00 = $8.99

$90.00 and up = $10.99 

International shipping is subject to slightly higher rates.

 

Is there a minimum amount I have to order? TOP

No, you may order as little or as much as you want.

 

 

What are the size of the candles & burn times? TOP

All Warm Glow Hearth candles are available in the following sizes;

• Hearth - approx. 5 1/2" high & 5 " in diameter, 125-150 burn hours.
• Oversized Votive - approx. 3" high & 2" in diameter, 30-35 burn hours.
• 3-Wick - Approx 8" high & 6" in diameter, burn time is extensive
• Votive candle - approx. 2" high & 1" in diameter, 8-10 hours.
• Scent Chips - 1/4 lb. of scented wax chips for use in wax warmers.
• Fragrant Melt-A-Ways - melts that are designed to be used in a votive warmer. 
• Atomizer oils - approx. 2oz. bottle with a spray cap.

All Warm Glow Kitchen Scentsations Squares are available in the following sizes;

• Large Square - approx. 4.5" high &  5" in diameter, 125-150 hours.
